It service national and local staffing needs of hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. It specializes in recruiting and placing healthcare providers with three or more years of experience across the nation. It has Company module (Administration), Employee (Nurse) module and Hospital module.

Staffing Management Solution

The Staffing Management Solution is intended to organize the efforts of the company to bridge the staffing needs of the hospitals with job needs of qualified and trained nurses of relevant specialties. The registered hospitals can publish their vacancies for particular time periods. The administrators from the company can also publish these vacancies in the site and login to access the job requirements and opt for the time slots. On successful acceptance, the hospital can generate reports of the vacancies filled or admin can send this report to hospitals. On Completion of the work the nurses can revisit the site and upload the work completion document received from the hospital. Hospitals also can update the work completion details in the site or fax the documents to the company and the company admin will in turn update the website. Company admin will be able to generate the hospital wise invoice for each week based on number of hours worked by the nurse and their basic pay.

Hospital Module

Hospitals can register in the website giving all relevant information. The registration process will be kept simple and secure. Hospital Registration, User Password Management, Vacancy Updates, Saves the work completion, Uploads the scanned copy to the website and Generate reports of work allotment

Employee Module

Nurses can also register in the website giving all relevant information. And nurses can also attend an online examination. After the verification of the exam if they pass the exam they will get a username and password. The nurses can login into the site and search jobs .They can search for their jobs available in their specialty and in their hospital of choice. Nurses Registration, User Password Management, Search Jobs, Opting for Time slots, Saves work completion and Uploads scanned copy of work completion report.
